When I have decided to make a Christmas make-up, the first face who has come to my mind for this has been my friend, Geo. And, indeed I could not have made a better choice than this one :)

I have visited Sibiu last week, a town in the western part of the country. Those have been one of the most beautiful four days of my life and I'm proud in having origins in that side of Romania and happy to have had the opportunity in making a small make-up session, by myself out there.
This time I was my own model :) and it was the first experience of this kind. We were lucky to have stayed in a vintage house, with furniture remembering me of the past centuries, so an amazing environment that helped a lot.

This is the table which fascinated me from the very first time I saw it. Isn't it wonderful? To be honest, wish I have had something like this in my own house :)


Afterwards, I have succeeded in obtaining a make-up based on  violet, in accordance with the color of the room ... It is also my favorite color, so no wonder ...

Prom ... wonderful opportunity for a teacher to be with his/her students once again. It is such a special occasion.

After an absence of almost two weeks, too busy ones, to be honest, I have come back with a new blog post.

This time I will talk about the make-up I have done for my friend, Cristina, one day, using the theme "Butterfly".
I will begin by discussing a bit about the person who has inspired me for this make-up, Klaire de Lys. It is not the first time when I learn from her, something new and beautiful, something spectacular. Passioned with music and make-up, Klaire de Lys creates remarcable Youtube tutorials, which I warmly recommend. I have to admit that my drawing talent is not by far as good as Klaire's, but, at least, I have tried :D

Important for me is that Cristina liked the final result. I avoided the use of the liquid eyeliner, as it is suggested in the tutorial, because I consider that something more "soft" suits Cristina better, suits her blue and dreaming eyes and her childish look.

I know I should have posted earlier, as this event has taken place about two months ago. The reason I didn't do it is because I hadn't received all the photos I needed sooner, so I am writing now.

Designer Catalin Botezatu presented his "Tarina Collection" at the biggest Romanian fashion event hosted by Fashion TV - Bucharest Fashion Week, 16th edition, on December 2011. The collection contained coats, shirts, fur jackets, dresses made of precious furs like mink and chinchilla, all keeping up with the opulence and exclusivity outfits of Czarist Russia.
The hairstyling has been made under the signature of Laurent Tourette's team and the make-up has been done by Mirela Vescan and us, her students from Intact Media Academy at that time.

A world full of style, which I have been delighted to meet !
